MSP (Managing Successful Programmes), 5th edition is an established best practice programme management framework, designed to align programmes and projects to organisational strategy and enable enterprise agility. MSP focuses on the delivery of outcomes of benefit while mitigating risk and actively engaging stakeholders.

The MSP Practitioner 2-day course is aimed at project managers, business change managers (BCMs), and people working within a Programme Office (PO) or in a specialist or governance position. It enables the learner to understand and apply the MSP principles, governance themes, and transformational flow processes when managing a programme.
