We’re proud of our low-priced training, but we want you to know that just because its lower cost, you shouldn’t expect any less in terms of quality.

We want you to continue to buy with confidence from us, so here’s are our customer promises:
“If you attend any of our public scheduled Virtual Classroom courses and you’re dissatisfied with the quality, simply withdraw yourself from the course before 11am on the first day of the course and notify us in writing, by emailing* email@example.com and we’ll refund the money you paid within 7 days, or, if you’re an organisation, we’ll issue a credit against any invoice for the relevant course. No quibble.”
*notification email send time must be timestamped before 11am on day one.
NOTE: We’d really appreciate it if you’d let us know in the email or make time for a call with us so we can understand why you were dissatisfied, but we won’t insist, that’s why it’s “no quibble”.
If you’ve passed 11am on day one of your public scheduled Virtual Classroom course and you’re dissatisfied, then please let the trainer know as soon as possible, alternatively let our operations team know using the email firstname.lastname@example.org or your sales contact, in writing, and we’ll look into it for you.
If you’re attending an on-site training course and you’re dissatisfied, please ask the course booking contact to let us know, in writing as above. With tailored onsite training, there is often planning in advance, so things rarely go wrong, but if they do, please let us know and we’ll work to resolve them for you.
We promise to look at each complaint on a case-by-case basis and work to find a solution that you’re happy with. In some cases, it would be full refund, however, if for example you’ve taken and passed 2 exams, we might reasonably consider the course to have been some value to you and issue a partial refund.
In any case, we want to retain you as a customer and for you to be delighted with your Cert Unlimited experience, so please be assured we will do our best to find a solution to any of your complaints.
